The kind of coaching I needed didn’t exist — so I built it.

For me first. And now for you.

The Part You Don’t See on LinkedIn

I spent over 15 years in tech and SaaS leadership — building teams, hitting targets, performing at a high level... and quietly unraveling behind the scenes.

I contorted myself to fit other people’s expectations.
I worked harder when I needed help.
I made “smart” decisions that didn’t feel like mine.
And I didn’t realize how far from myself I had drifted until the version of success I’d built didn’t even feel good.

It took a long time — and a lot of unlearning — to understand:

I can’t lead with integrity unless I feel safe.

And that kind of safety doesn’t come from titles, praise, or performing harder.
It comes from listening to my body.
Noticing the subtle shifts.
Finding people, places, and practices that help me return to myself.
And then building from that place.

Coaching Built for Real Life

I don’t coach from a script.
I coach from lived experience, nervous system science, and a deep belief that you don’t need to perform to lead.

I work with women who are high-capacity but out of alignment.
They don’t need more mindset hacks — they need safety, self-trust, and space to lead like them.

The work is practical. It’s personal. And it’s not always comfortable — because being yourself in a world that rewards pretending is hard.

But it’s worth it.
And I’ll be right there with you.
